Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, no minimum required. Great style, delivered on us.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start a return, just email us at support@aldemond.com.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely. If you'd like a different size or style, just let us know in your return email and we’ll help make it happen.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Visa. All payments are securely processed and encrypted.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Yes. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Aldemond uses secure checkout technology and never stores your payment details.

I didn’t receive my order what should I do?

First, check your tracking link. If it’s been more than 8 business days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email us at support@aldemond.com and we’ll investigate right away.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
